Adam C. Heflin is senior vice president and chief nuclear officer of Ameren Missouri. In this position, he is responsible for all of Ameren Missouri's nuclear operations.
  
Mr. Heflin joined the company in 2005 as site vice president, Callaway Energy Center, after serving as Unit 2 plant manager at Arkansas Nuclear One, owned by Entergy Corporation. Heflin joined Entergy Corporation's nuclear operations in 1992. He received his nuclear training and started his nuclear career with the U.S. Navy.

A native of Monte Vista, Colo., he holds a bachelor's degree in general/engineering from Arkansas Tech University. He has earned credits toward a master's degree in operations management from the University of Arkansas.
