DiversityInc ranked Ameren third out of five Great Regional Companies for Diversity in the magazine’s Fall 2012 issue. The list was compiled to showcase the diversity management efforts of locally-based organizations.
Companies in 24 metropolitan areas were considered, based on DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity survey. The survey measured CEO commitment, human capital, corporate and organizational communications and supplier diversity.
