Eligibility
To be eligible for UE’s Business Energy Efficiency Program and receive cash incentives, your business or customer must:
	Be a commercial, industrial or public/private institutional electric customer of UE
	Install a qualified electric equipment at a project site located in the state of Missouri and served by UE for electricity
Applicants must purchase and install equipment on or after February 11, 2009. Equipment that has been installed prior to this date is not eligible. Incentive levels, program rules and regulations are subject to change. See Forms and Incentives for current incentive levels and terms and conditions.
