Additional Ameren Personnel Responding to Power Restoration Efforts
Ameren announced today that additional linemen will be leaving tomorrow to assist with electric restoration efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

The linemen will be joining Ameren crews and support personnel who are working in New Jersey assisting Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) with power restoration efforts. PSE&G officials are estimating that full restoration to the Somerset and Lawrenceville, N.J., areas could take seven or more days.

Donations
Ameren is contributing $50,000 to the American Red Cross and Salvation Army in support of restoration efforts and communities impacted by damages left by Sandy.
