Residential and small business customers can also participate in Pure Power by indicating how many “blocks” they wish to purchase―$15.00 per each 1,000 kilowatthour (kWh) block―which equals one Renewable Energy Certificate from local renewable sources that will be added to the Midwest energy pool.
