To request, upgrade, relocate or remove electric, gas or lighting service:
				Complete and save the Main Request Application.
				Complete and save applicable electric, gas or lighting Service Type Application(s).
				Email the applications to UE Construction or print and fax to 314.641.2406 or 888.738.0620.

		Barns or detached garages
	Upgrade/relocation of non-residential electric facilities					Application
