AmerenUE Senior Vice President Richard Mark discusses the company’s new Personal Energy Report with KPLR 11 anchor Christine Buck.
Customized for each customer’s household, the Personal Energy Report uses colorful charts and graphs to help UE residential customers better understand and control their energy usage. UE started mailing the reports to its residential electric customers in mid-May 2009.
“Our message is simple—you can take control of your energy usage,” says Mark. “Our customers told us they wanted a better understanding of how their energy dollars are being spent, and we are responding to this need, in part, by delivering the Personal Energy Report.”
