The Women’s Safe House provides shelter and empowerment to St. Louis area women and children exposed to domestic violence. In 2008, they protected 550 victims of home aggression.
“This donation is just one example of the many ways we proudly support those of lesser fortune in our communities,” Unverfehrt says. “The Safe House provides a very necessary service to women and their children facing true adversity.”
