Bob joined Ameren in 2022 and currently holds the position of Business Development Executive. His primary objective is to drive revenue growth for Ameren by fostering business attraction, expansion, retention, and site development opportunities within the Ameren Missouri region.
Before joining Ameren, Bob spent over 11 years in the energy sector, with a significant portion of his career dedicated to supporting the nuclear energy industry. He previously worked on Ameren's Key Account team, where he addressed complex electrification challenges for some of the largest commercial and industrial clients in Ameren Missouri. He provided solutions to complex electrification challenges for some of Ameren Missouri's largest commercial and industrial customers.
Bob's passion for problem-solving originated from a childhood interest in learning how things work, driving his career in engineering. Originally from St. Louis, Bob is passionate about the growth of the St. Louis area. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ready Readers, advocating for the importance of reading proficiency as a vital skill that all individuals, particularly children, should have the chance to develop.
Bob holds an MBA from Webster University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He lives in St. Louis Hills with his wife, Kristen, and their two children, Bobby and Henry. In his free time, Bob enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with his family.
