Madison joined the Ameren Missouri Economic Development team as a Business Development Executive in 2024. In this role, she is responsible for driving business attraction efforts within the Ameren Missouri service territory, with a particular focus on large-load customers.
Madison collaborates with site selection consultants, real estate executives, developers, and state, regional, and local agencies to identify and secure opportunities for economic growth. She also plays a key role in exploring new site development initiatives aimed at increasing the availability of development-ready sites within the service area.
Before joining Ameren Missouri, Madison worked at MarksNelson Advisors, an economic development consulting firm where she represented local Economic Development Organizations across Missouri. During her time there, she assisted in business attraction efforts from to bring significant development projects to the state.
Madison holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Her diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the development process and the unique challenges faced by each project.
