Details
A rebate of $50 per steam trap with a maximum rebate of $1,250 for the purchase and replacement of up to 25 failing steam traps. Steam traps must not have been repaired or replaced in the last 12 months. |

Requirements - must include:
- Completed rebate form
- Steam trap survey/failure study report
- Invoice for parts and labor, and installer’s signature as verification that work was completed
