For the purchase and installation of one ENERGY STAR certified boiler unit as follows:
Owner Occupied: $100
Landlord: $150 (see Note 1 below)

Requirements - must include:
- Completed rebate form
- Receipts
- Cost of labor, if any
- Installer's signature

| Note: 1) The rebate for a landlord under this program is considered a pilot program. This pilot program will allow a landlord to receive a maximum of ten rebates for this measure per year or 10% of their total number of rental units, whichever is higher. |
