How To Participate

All interested homebuilders must complete and submit a program application to participate. If you are a Home Energy Rater (HERs), you must also apply. Participating HERs Raters.

Homebuilders interested in constructing ENERGY STAR^® certified homes are also required to fill out an Online Partnership Agreement with the national ENERGY STAR New Homes program. You can find this application at ENERGYSTAR.gov/homesPA.
