How early does End User Transportation (EUT) need to receive the Supplier Authorization form when a customer is switching to a new supplier?

EUT needs notice at least three business days before the effective date of the change. Nominations cannot be entered in USMS until the completed <a href="https://forms.ameren.com/sites/aue/GasTransport/Pages/SupplierAuthorization.aspx" target="_blank">Supplier Authorization Form</a> is received.

How much notice does EUT need when a customer wants to switch between transportation and system service?

All customers must notify Ameren by July 1 of their intent to switch services for an effective date of November 1.

What if my marketer/supplier drops me?

If you would like to switch to another supplier, please complete a <a href="https://forms.ameren.com/sites/aue/GasTransport/Pages/SupplierAuthorization.aspx" target ="blank">Broker Authorization Form</a> with the information of your new supplier. <br/><br/> Note: On a case-by-case basis, you may be able to switch from transport service to Ameren's natural gas supply service.
