For the most efficient service, please submit the service application form/construction request form as early as possible in your planning process. This form can be used to request – new electric or gas service, upgrades, relocates, removals, lighting or temporary services.
Take the following steps to request – new electric or gas service, upgrades, relocates, removals, lighting or temporary services.
- Complete and submit the form.
- You will receive an email confirmation that includes the form you submitted.
- You will receive an email containing your premise number, typically the same day.
- An engineering representative will contact you within 2 business days.
