ActOnEnergy: Social Marketing Distribution  
Ameren Missouri's Social Marketing Distribution program provides organizations with ENERGY STAR®  compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs), which you can then distribute to the residents you serve.

The purpose of this program is to reach Ameren Missouri customers who may lack the resources to purchase CFLs and increase the awareness of the benefits of energy efficient lighting.

Program Requirements
Your organization must meet the requirements listed below to be eligible for this program:

  • Must be a municipality, governmental body, food pantry, non-profit, membership organization, or social-based organization.
  • Must be able to directly install a minimum of 500 CFLs or distribute a minimum of 5,000 CFLs.
  • Must limit direct installation or distribution events to Ameren Missouri residential electric customers.
  • Must commit to fairly distribute the CFLs to all Ameren Missouri residential electric customers (one distribution per household).
  • Must distribute the provided educational and recycling materials and drawing/survey postcard to residents when providing the CFLs.
  • Must allow Ameren Missouri to approve any advertisement or press release associated with events.

application and participation agreement.
