Government Aggregation

Corporate authorities of a township, municipality, or county board may aggregate residential and small commercial retail electric loads located, respectively, within the township, municipality, or county. They may solicit bids and enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity and related services and equipment.

Municipal Utility Tax

Municipalities who are interested in implementing a municipal utility tax can utilize this program to verify all premises within the municipality's jurisdiction and receive an estimate of tax revenue based on the premises authenticated.
