Keeping Cool Program

Keeping Cool is a program that provides bill credits to eligible customers to help make energy bills more affordable. Learn more about requirements and how and where to apply.

What is Keeping Cool?

This program provides up to five bill credits of $50 from May through September. Eligible customers include senior citizens, those with children under 5, or who have a documented chronic medical condition or a disability.

Who Can Participate?

The income guidelines are up to 200% of the Federal Poverty for the Keeping Cool Program.
